An Azerbaijan Visa can be issued using the most minimal documents. It includes a valid passport, a duly filled visa application form, and recent passport-sized photographs. One's financial stability can be proved by the bank statements of the applicant showing that he/she could fund his trip.
A detailed travel itinerary, including accommodation bookings and return flight tickets, is also required. A business visa requires a letter of official invitation by an Azerbaijani organization. Where a transit visa is applied for, evidence that the applicant will travel on to their final destination shall be provided. Insurance in case an emergency occurs while traveling may not be strictly necessary, but advisable. All documentation must be accurate and current. Otherwise, further processing may deny or reject the application. All application documents have been submitted.
