To proceed to the "Fee Payment" page, please press the "Apply" button when ready to submit payment. This piece exemplifies the principle that a contract cannot be finalised in the absence of payment. If your funds are taken before you have a chance to rearrange payments, don't stress about it. In the end, it will be sorted out, but not until a lot of time and effort have been spent.
The next thing to do is to submit an application for a visa. There will be a delay of two or three business days while the user's profile is reviewed and any necessary paperwork is submitted. The entire visa application and submission procedure should take no more than three hours.
