Before departing, all citizens of the UK must apply for the necessary Saudi visa. You can do the Umrah pilgrimage using either the online tourist e-Visa or the two “Umrah visas” that you can apply for.
Before beginning a pilgrimage, the majority of foreign pilgrims are required to apply for an Umrah visa. A normal Saudi Arabia Tourist eVisa is also acceptable for Umrah for British Muslims with valid passports.
Also take note that anyone from the UK who is granted an Umrah visa must have travel insurance in order to pay for any unexpected medical expenses that might occur due to health problems while they are visiting the Kingdom.
