To apply for a Cayman visa, you'll need to show the following papers:
A valid passport that is still good for at least six months and has room for a visa. At the time of your application, your passport will be looked at and sections will be copied, but you do not have to give up your passport.
Two applications that are filled out and signed. Get an application form here. Please make sure you have filled out the right form, which is called a "Application for Cayman Islands Visa."
Two recent colour photos the size of a passport, taken on a plain white background, and glued to your application form, not stapled. The Department of Immigration can send applicants to a professional photography service if they want to get their picture taken.

Children under 18 will have to show their birth certificates.
Students who want to get a visitor's visa have to show proof that they are going to school.
The right fee is a bank draught in US dollars made out to the Cayman Islands Government.

Any paperwork that is not written in English must also have an English translation. The Department of Immigration can send people to a recognised translator if they need help.
The Caymanian government will be able to evaluate your application better if you can show proof of your personal situation. This could include bank statements, proof of assets, or proof of employment. All documents must be originals. They'll be copied and given back to you.
