Documents Required for Chad Visa

Application Form completely filled out in English, signed, and dated by the applicant (signed by both parents in case of minors, below the age of 18)
Your passport must be valid for at least three months after the date you leave Chad.
Photos that are not damaged and are securely attached to the passport
The copy of your ID card must be valid for at least three months after the date you leave Chad.
Residence Permit/Visa Copy (if your country of residence and citizenship are different)
At least three months after the date you leave Chad, the passport must still be valid.
Copies: a copy of your passport's main page
Letter from a local sponsor or employer (Proof of Occupation)
Proof of being able to pay
Medical Insurance
Documents that show why you want to go on a trip
