Croatia Visa Requirements

To get a visa for Croatia, you must put together a file of documents that includes the following:

• A Croatia Visa Application Form that is filled out and signed. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor.
• Your passport or travel document. It must be valid for at least three months after you plan to leave Croatia and have at least three blank pages.
• Your passport or other travel document, copied. Include all used pages and all visas, whether they are still valid or not.
• Two photos the size of a passport, with the following details:
• Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm
• Taken by a pro on a white background
• You have to be in the middle of the picture, looking straight ahead with a neutral expression.
• You shouldn't wear glasses. They can't cover your eyes or face if you have to wear them. You can't wear glasses with a tint.
• The only time you can wear a hat is for religious reasons. Even so, you can't hide your face with it.
• Proof that you have health insurance that will cover you for the whole time you are in Croatia. It must cover the length of your stay and at least €30,000 for sudden illness, accidents, and sending you home if you get sick or hurt.
• Proof that you have a place to stay in Croatia, like a hotel reservation.
• Copy of the ticket for the return flight or proof that the ticket was booked.
• You could also show that you plan to leave Croatia at the end of your stay with something like a bus or train ticket to your home country or a third country.
• Proof that you have enough money to cover your stay in Croatia.
• The last three months' bank statements
• Letter from your boss stating your position and salary
• Any other documents that back up the reason for your trip.
