Dubai Golden Visa

The Golden Visa program includes these categories of visas. In this framework, non-U.S. citizens and their families can apply for and receive multiple-entry visas valid for an extended period.

The candidate is expected to fulfill the following criteria:

Documents required for Dubai golden visa

The following items must be submitted with your application for a golden visa to the United Arab Emirates:

  • Passport in its Original Form (valid for six months).
  • Intact copy of the document cancelling your UAE resident visa (if applicable).
  • Authentic Emirates identification card (if applicable).
  • A copy of your stamped UAE tourist visa (if not holding any UAE resident visa).
  • You'll need a high-quality, passport-sized digital photo with a white background.
  • A clean digital copy of your last six months of financial records.
  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number) (International Bank Account Number).
  • UAE Mobile Number.

Eligibility criteria for Dubai Golden visa

  • Ph.D holders: Holders of the doctoral degree should have earned their degree from one of the top 500 universities in the world.
  • Doctors: Expert medical professionals in the field of viral epidemiology.
  • Engineers: Computer, electrical, electronic, active technology, artificial intelligence, and big data engineers.
  • Scientists or researchers: Those who have earned a PhD or a Ph.D. equivalent in their field and are licenced by the Emirates Scientists Council, or those who have won the Mohammed Bin Rashid Medals for Scientific Excellence. Graduates with a 3.8 GPA or higher from schools with academic credibility in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Inventors: The Ministry of the Economic's approval and a patent for increased value to the state's economy.
  • Creator of Art and Culture: In order to legally create works of art or culture, one needs to obtain a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development.
  • A scientific study published in a reputable journal is required to prove extraordinary abilities.
  • Executives should either be the proud proprietors of successful, well-known businesses or people of exceptional academic standing.
  • Foreign Investors: Any non-Muslim investor from outside the UAE who has invested Dh10 million or more is eligible to apply for the golden visa. A strategic investment may take the form of a deposit to a mutual fund, the launch of a new business, a purchase of commercial property, or a stake in another company.
  • Entrepreneurs: Startups in the UAE require a minimum of Dh500,000 in seed funding or the endorsement of a recognised business incubator in order to launch.
  • Outstanding Students: Students in both public and private secondary schools who excel academically and have a grade point average of 95 or higher college graduates inside and outside of the country who have excelled academically Attain a 3.5 GPA or higher by the time you graduate. Outstanding students can sponsor their families for a permanent visa.
