France Work Visa

  • Work agreement. A copy of the original work agreement and the original must be provided for DIRECCTE approval. When a request is approved, the OFII notifies the employer and then sends the request to the appropriate French consulate.
  • Police clearance. A national criminal history record check that must have not been obtained more than three months ago in your home country.

  • evidence of status and financial means. Including the applicant's last three pay stubs, three months' worth of bank statements, and a thorough list of all transactions.   • proof of financial capability. If the applicant is employed, three most recent pay stubs plus three bank statements from the last three months' worth of activities.

Process French Work Visa
