If you want to apply for a short-term German Schengen visa, you need the following:

Declaration: This is a form that the German government in your country gave you and that you need to sign. Through this paper, you say that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, you have given all of the required information.
Two photos for a passport: These pictures must all be the same and have been taken in the last three months.

Valid for at least three months after the date you plan to leave Germany.
No more than ten years old.

Germany Health insurance for travel: You should get travel health insurance for the whole of Germany and all the other Schengen states before you fill out your application. Your insurance needs to cover at least 30,000€ worth of medical emergencies.
