A passport valid for at least six months after the intended date of departure from Ghana.

Two recent passport-style photographs, one 2"x2" and the other 3"x4".

Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Ghana, such as an international bank statement, credit card statement or travel insurance policy.

Your hotel reservations in Accra (or another major city in Ghana) at least seven days prior to your arrival.

A letter from your employer on company letterhead stating that you will be working in Ghana for a specific period of time and confirming your salary. The letter should state the name of the company, address, phone number and email address of your HR department. If you are self-employed, include documentation such as business license, tax returns or bank statements. Proof of adequate health insurance coverage for yourself and any dependents traveling with you to Ghana. If you have allergies to any medications or foods, please provide a copy of your medical history specifying which allergens you are allergic to. A photocopy of your driver's license or identification card showing full name and photograph. This document must also attest to your identity when attempting to board a flight out of Ghana with any foreignribed items (for example: camera gear). Children aged 6-18 require their parents/guardian's permission to apply for a visa and must accompany them on their trip if they are applying as part of their parent/guardian's visa .
