You will also have two different choices for where you live and what country you are a citizen of. If both places are in the same country, just use the same name. If they are in different countries, use the names of the countries.

You will be given a full list of visa options to choose from. If this visa is not on the list, it's probably because you can't get it. If you find the right one, just choose it and move on.

You'll now be able to see the form in front of you. Now, all you have to do is fill it out and attach the necessary documents. Right below the form, there will be a place to upload the files.
