In order to obtain a Nepal visa, you can do one of two things:
Upon arrival at a land border crossing or the Nepali airport
Consult the nearest Nepali embassy before departing.
Obtaining a Nepal visa at the airport
If you meet the requirements, you can obtain a Nepal visa on arrival at any of the following land border crossings or at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu:
Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Dhangadi, Kakarbhitta, Birgunj, Belahiya, and Mahendranagar
The following steps must be taken in order to apply for a Nepal Visa On Arrival:
Fill out the visa application for Nepal.
Pay the visa fee for Nepal.
Consult the immigration officers about applying for a Nepal visa upon arrival.

You can submit the visa application form for Nepal in one of two ways:
Online, before departing for Nepal. 15 days prior to your trip, you can submit an application here. After that, print the form, fill it out, and bring it with you. The Nepal Department of Immigration prefers this approach since it avoids lengthy lines at the airport or other border crossings.
After completing the Nepal application form you should have following things with yourself

The latest passport size picture is 1.5inch x 1.5 inch.

The address of where you are staying in Nepal.
After that you have to pay the Nepal visa fees at the designated area. The visa fees will change and it will depend on how much time you’ll spend in the country. Once you have completed the following processes and paid the Nepal visa fees you have to submit the following documents on the Immigration Desk to get your Nepal visa issued.
