Have to apply for a Nepal visa online

  • The completed and signed visa application form
  • Include one colour photo in which you are clearly identifiable.
  • A passport and make sure that your passport was issued no more than ten (10) years ago and that it will still be valid for at least six (6) months after the conclusion of your anticipated vacation.
  • Travel Insurance:- You must have a valid travel insurance during the period when you have applied for a visa application and the insurance must cover expenses arising from a sudden illness and accident or the expenses arising out from the death.
  • As there are different supporting documents required by a country, you have to contact the visa centre to know what documents you need. Examples of such supporting documents are tickets , a confirmation of hotel stay, a private or an official invitation letter. The invitation letter is a type of a free form letter which indicates that the private invited person’s details such as his/her name , address, passport number, the purpose or length of visiting the country. In case of a private visit it is recommended to mention the relationship between you and your privately invited person. In addition to the above information you may be asked to provide additional information like an information regarding return trip, means of transportation, financial means of support, assests and employment. The applicant must have the evidences of sufficient financial means to cover the duration and cost of stay and purpose of living in the country.
  • Parents should be agree in case of minors. If childrens are travelling without their parents then their parents consent is mandatory.
  • The embassy may or may not ask for your private interview to know more concisely about your trip to the country.
