Follow this link to access New Caledonia's electronic visa application. After you've answered the initial questions, you'll be given a PIN and a serial number. Don't worry if you can't finish your Application in one sitting; save your changes and return to them later. Once you've done that, you may print the form.
Get the documents you need
To apply for a visa to New Caledonia, you will need to supply some documents. As we've already established, they change depending on the type of visa you're applying for.

Schedule a time to drop off the completed Application and supporting documents at the New Caledonian embassy, consulate, visa application center, or legitimate tour operator.
Cover the costs
Pay the New Caledonia visa fee at the embassy or application center.
Give the Application a try.
Bring the completed Application and any necessary supporting materials when you go in for your scheduled appointment. Please send an authorized agent to your place if you cannot give the papers yourself.

Do not proceed until the visa is ready. The visa office will start working on your Application as soon as they get the required paperwork.
