Poland Visa Process

If you are a citizen of any country planning to visit Poland, you will need a visa. But don't worry; the process is relatively simple.

The most important thing to remember when applying for a Polish visa is that all applicants must have a valid passport. You will require a new passport to enter Poland if your passport is six months or less from its expiration date. You can only apply for a Polish visa abroad at one of the Polish embassies or consulates.

Once you have your visa application package completed and submitted to the embassy or consulate, you will be required to provide some documentation such as your passport photo, copy of your travel itinerary, proof of enough money to cover your stay in Poland (at least €60 per day), and proof of vaccination against typhoid fever and meningitis

To make the process as smooth as possible for you and the embassy or consulate staff, arriving early on your first day in Poland is always advisable. Having your documentation ready will help speed up the processing time considerably.
