A person must have an Invitation letter if you visit any friend or relative. The invitation letter must show the relationship of the inviting person. Moreover, it must have ID proof and address proof.
A Civil Marriage Certificate from the Marriage Registrar is required if someone is married in India and wants to return to São Tomé and Príncipe.
It is advisable to carry a Yellow fever certificate while you are travelling. The embassy will process your visa, and then there will be a short interview depending upon the travelling history of that person.
