Travelers from a wide range of countries who are passing through Saudi Arabia on route to another country do not need a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A Saudi visa is available to them. However, you won't need one if you're passing via Dammam (DMM), Jeddah (JED), or Riyadh (RUH) International Airport; you have a valid visa or home licence; or you're not going to leave the airport's international travel region for more than 12 hours. Saudi arabia offers 3 transit visa for 24 hours, 48 hours and 96 hours stay.

Documents required for Saudi Arabia Transit Visa

As a transit visa applicant, the embassy expects you to submit the following documents:

  • Visa application form that has been correctly filled out and signed
  • The declaration of Saudi Arabia's laws is a document.
  • Your passport is valid for six months.
  • Photograph for a passport (1)
  • Completed the Saudi Arabia transit visa questionnaire correctly.
  • Evidence of your reservation Resident permit from your home country

Eligibilty criteria for Saudi Arabia Transit Visa

When you have determined that you are eligible to apply for a transit visa, you must proceed to review the criteria that will further verify your eligibility.

  • Your visa for your final destination is already in your possession.
  • Your flight to your final destination will almost certainly depart within 12 hours, and you have your plane ticket ready.
  • Your flight must pass through the international airports of Dammam, Jeddah, or Riyadh.
  • Finally, there is no reason for you to leave the transit areas of Saudi Arabia's international airports.
