Fortunately for travellers, the first 30 days of the visitor's visa are free. This will free up more time (and money!) for you to enjoy your vacation and reduce the headache of changing currencies in the airport.
However, as was already indicated, you will need to provide proof of sufficient financial resources to fund your stay in the nation as well as proof of lodging for at least the first three days.
You will need to submit an application for an extension if you want to continue island hopping after the 30-day window allowed by customs. For an extra 60 days, an extension can be given without cost. After then, additional extensions can be requested in 90-day increments for a maximum of 1 year and will cost 5,000 SCR (Seychellois rupees), or about 303 USD.
