Slovenia Visa Documents

To apply for a visa to Slovenia, you will need the following:
Passport valid for at least six months after your intended stay in Slovenia
One recent photo that meets the requirements of the Slovenian passport
Completed visa application form (available from Slovenian Embassy or consulate)
Tourist card or other proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay (maximum 30 days)
Copy of your plane ticket or hotel reservation
Proof of vaccination against tuberculosis (if required).
Bank statement indicating sufficient funds to cover your stay in Slovenia.
