Tanzanian entry requires a visa for Indian nationals. The Tanzania High Commission in New Delhi is open for visa applications Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 12:00, and for visa collection Monday through Friday, 15:30 to 16:30, with the exception of Indian and Tanzanian national holidays. If you are applying for a Tanzania visa as an Indian tourist, you can get your visa before departing (eVisa or from the Tanzania High Commission in New Delhi). The processing of visas takes a day.
