Process-Work Visa UAE

The work permit must be acquired on your behalf by your employer. Work permits for the UAE are issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE). To apply for a work permit in the UAE, follow these steps:

  • At the Tas'Heel website, (the Ministry of Labour's online system) the employer prints the application for the work permit.
  • They submit the necessary paperwork (see above )
  • After reviewing their application, the Ministry makes any required corrections or requests that any missing documents be submitted again.
  • The employer can download the approval from the Ministry's website after the Ministry issues it.
