You may submit your application for a visa to Uzbekistan online by clicking here. After completing the first set of questions, you will be given a PIN and a serial number. If you need to make modifications to your application at a later time, you may save it and come back to it. The next thing you need to do is print out the form.

Many supporting documents must be submitted in addition to the application for a visa to enter Uzbekistan. As was said before, these are determined by the type of visa you desire to apply for.
