Step 1: Gather the materials you’ll need:
Step 2: Click this link, go to https://immigration.gov.vn/ and go to ‘E-visa Issuance.’ Then click on the link for ‘Outside Vietnam foreigners.’
Step 3: Upload your passport photo and data page as.jpg files and fill out all of the required fields on the form. Send your form in.
Step 4: Pay the 25 USD e-Visa fee. Take note of the document code given.
Step 5: You should hear about your e-Visa application by e-mail in three business days. If not, you can also use this link to look for your e-Visa.
Step 6: Use your document code to locate your e-Visa online. For extra safety, download and print two copies of the e-Visa.
If you need to prove that you exist and are who you say you are, you may have to give more information after the application. Things like your electric bill, voter ID card, and so on are also types of information. This question is only asked if some of your documents aren’t clear, like if your photo isn’t clear or something else.
