The image must be current, whole-face, passport-format, and have a white backdrop.
It must be coloured, 3.5 by 4.5 inches, and the head must occupy between 70 and 80 percent of the image.
You must maintain a straight gaze and an expressionless face (no smile and mouth closed).
Avoid wearing uniforms or using colours that match the surroundings.

At least six months must pass after the return date for your passport to be valid.

If you want to stay in a private residence, include a copy of the resident card for the home's owner (front and back) and be sure to include the address on the application.

Invitation letter from the sponsoring firm or group detailing the purpose of the trip, the nature of the business, and contacts
Introductory Letter from the applicant's country of origin Name and address of references to be contacted, details of the company, proof of transportation for the applicant's return, and adequate finances
For Juveniles
a copy of the parent's death certificate, divorce decree, adoption certificate, custody order, or birth certificate, if the parents are divorced.
